All hides are open and Summer Walk is open to First Corner Only. Lady Fen is still closed due to breeding season for the birds that have taken residence there. Savi's Warbler has been heard by many today and seen by only four lucky individuals. Likelihood of being seen tomorrow is high. Red Crested Pochard has reappeared and a Mediterranean Gull has been spotted flying over Lady Fen.

A beautiful bright day today to join us at Welney WWT. We have decided to keep the reserve open until 8pm tonight, with free entry for non members from 4pm. (cafe closes at 3.30pm)

Meet our wonderful guides Andy and Tony in the Main Observatory at 11am and 2pm for an hour guided tour around the reserve. We also have a lovely selection of moths at the welcome desk for you to observe. The Centre is open until 8pm on THURSDAYS.
