World Wellbeing Week begins on 21 June…a gentle reminder to ourselves that, in increasingly crazy times, our physical and mental health is something we should prioritise whenever we can.
Easier said than done, we admit, but taking time to work on yourself is never time wasted. And taking time to connect with the natural world is absolutely vital to improving our wellbeing.
In summer, wetlands are full of life. Birds are busy raising their young, ponds are buzzing with colourful dragonflies and meadows are heady with the scent of flowers – a wonderful feast for the senses, a balm to the soul and, well, just a lush thing to experience!
